Unipin Redemption Process

1. Customer need to purchase and redeem the voucher from Setel app using Mesra point

2. Send the voucher code to [e-mail]. The PIN will be received later within 1-3 days (Serial PIN & MYMB)

3. Customer need to login into their Unipin account and click on "+" to open the account top-up page

4. On the top-up page, select "Unipin Voucher My" and insert the serial MYMB and PIN and click "Confirm"

5. The balance will be credited once the top-up is captured successfully.

6. The balance will reflect in the customer's Unipin account after that
